Services for teams and groups are provided to assist groups wanting to:


  1. •Work together more effectively,

  2. •Reach consensus on a difficult issues

  3. •Develop new skills

  4. •Explore difficult topics with greater safety


The team and group experience is designed to create a safe environment that encourages open dialogue and reaches a stated goal.    In previous engagements, I have:


  1. •Facilitated one time discussions aimed at reaching consensus

  2. •Facilitated a series of meetings within a project

  3. •Observed group dynamics and intervened to raise awareness of group process and suggest more effective techniques

  4. •Trained groups in new skills like dialogue and communications

  5. •Conducted experiential workshops on requested topics
