WORKSHOPS

Workshops are often useful to individuals wanting to “jump start” their coaching, focus on interpersonal skills or have a “hands-on” learning experience.  They are also useful to teams trying to learn new skills and deepen the bonds between their members.

All of my workshops are designed with experiential exercises.  And each workshop provides participants with stated knowledge about the topic, a chance to practice the skill with other participants and real-time feedback from the group.  Most often, the participants report that they learned about the topic, experienced important nuance through the exercises and deepened their ability to connect with others.

A partial list of my workshops includes:

Dialog: Catalyzing Change and Binding Groups – provides corporate participants with training, experience and feedback on their effectiveness in expressing themselves and listening to others. Click here to download a flyer

Dialog: Speaking Honestly and Staying Connected– provides individuals or couples with training, experience and feedback in speaking about what is really important to them in ways that maintain and increase connections.

Claiming Your Life –  helps participants identify what is important to them and how to spend more time with these important people and activities.

Juggling Life and Work – focuses on time awareness and prioritizing personal and professional demands.

The Coaching Lab on Appreciative Inquiry – a workshop and laboratory on how to use Appreciative Inquiry skills in various life and work situations.
