… As a corporate leader. Prior to coaching, Mario worked in corporate America for 23 years. During that time, he has been an analyst, manager, director and senior director, giving him insight, knowledge and direct experience in the pressures, constraints and rewards facing business leaders.
While a Sr. Director at Merck & Co., Inc. Mario:
- Led an organization of 100+ staff, managers and directors to provide application development services and information management strategies to sales and marketing.
- Facilitated and gained approval for a worldwide services organization within Information Services.
- Participated in cross-functional initiatives to redesign selling, marketing and promotional activities.
… And as a professional. Mario:
- Is twice certified as a coach. He holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) credential from the Coaches Training Institute.
- Is certified to administer the Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI) based on the Emotional Intelligence work of Daniel Goleman.
- Is a member of the International Coach Federation.
- Completed a three-year Gestalt Training Program offered by the Gestalt Therapy Institute of Philadelphia to enhance his coaching skills.
- Holds an MBA from Temple University and a B.S. in Mathematics from St. Joseph’s University.
